Since the 1930s, Oles Morrison has focused on construction, Government contracts and public procurement and, over the past 20 years, the firm has developed what is arguably the premier Government Contracts practice in the Pacific Northwest.

A dynamic practice group, the Government Contracts team at Oles Morrison includes a broad range of attorneys, from associates with several years of experience to partners who have successfully litigated sophisticated multi-million dollar Government contract claims. Our leader is James F. Nagle, whose experience includes working with supply, services, international, major systems, and construction contracts. His local and national reputation is such that both the Government and contractors have used him as a consultant, expert witness or arbitrator/mediator.

We routinely review, study, discuss (and occasionally even influence) changes and developments with the laws, regulations and cases affecting our clients. It is our aim to engage in the law and rulemaking process and stay ahead of these changes as much as possible, rather than merely react and respond. This blog is our latest effort toward achieving that goal.
